Pricing: All prices for our digital products are listed on the Website and are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your purchase will be the price displayed at the time of checkout.
Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Stripe. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processors.
Currency: All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or USD. If you are purchasing from outside Malaysia, your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion rates and fees.
3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

E-courses: Refunds for e-courses may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 3 days of purchase, provided that you have not accessed or downloaded a significant portion of the course content. To request a refund, please contact us at contact@akalen.com with your purchase details and reason for the request.
Ebooks and other digital products: All sales of ebooks and other downloadable digital products are final once the product has been downloaded or accessed. We do not offer refunds for these products unless there is a technical issue preventing access or use that we are unable to resolve.
We reserve the right to deny a refund request if we believe it is not made in good faith or if the product has been substantially consumed.
4. License and Restrictions on Use
